Roman Melnyk is a knowledgeable and energetic dental assistant with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient care. A proud graduate of Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University (IFNMU) in Ukraine, Roman earned his dental degree in 2021 before immigrating to the United States in search of new opportunities.
Since joining Beacon Dental in 2022, he has served as Head Assistant, playing a key role in supporting complex procedures, maintaining back-office efficiency, and ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and doctors. His professional training as a dentist gives him a unique understanding of clinical workflows and enhances the level of care he delivers.
Roman speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English, and is appreciated by both patients and colleagues for his friendly demeanor and reliability.
